Minutes of the Club Committee meetings will be added as soon as they are available soon after each meeting. That will be before they have been approved as a true record - which normally takes place at the subsequent meeting a month or two later. Bear in mind that, for the sake of brevity, the minutes only show the essence of the meetings, so one line in the minutes may represent 15 minutes of discussion. |
